At InvisiWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
